This month, our Human Resources Manager, Hind bakleh was invited as one of the guest speakers at The Gender Diversity event by @Enable- the Belgian development agency in Jordan, and under the Qurda 2 program.
Ms. Bakleh shared Amin Kawar and Son's progressive practices in the area of gender diversity and the amazing results reaped, and the increased presence and retention of women in the non-traditional shipping sector like shipping, maximized their potential at work and helped challenge biases and stereotypes of women in business.
